The University of Washington Department of Surgery and the Seattle Surgical Society would like to acknowledge the support for the annual scientific symposium from the following companies:

VENDOR SET-UP

We look forward to seeing you at the combined University of Washington Harkins Surgical Symposium/ Seattle Surgical Society Annual meeting on September 15 and 16, 2005. The symposium will be held at the Museum of History and Industry in Seattle which is located at:

2700 24th Avenue E.
Seattle, WA 98112.

The displays will be located in the McCurdy Gallery which is located on the first floor of the museum. Set up for display tables begins at 6:45am, breakfast and registration for the participants begins at 7:30am and the program starts promptly at 8:00am on both days.

Your company is welcome to send 2 representatives to the event. You will have one 6ft. table for your display. If you require a power outlet for your display we request that you bring an extension cord as the power outlets are spread out around the gallery. The museum does not have an elevator, but there will be a ramp available should you have any heavy objects that need to be transported up the small staircase to the gallery.

Included in this packet you will find a schedule of events. We feel that we have built a schedule that will allow the attendees to have ample opportunity to visit with you.
