REGISTRATION FEES

MEETING PACKAGE—includes admission to all general sessions, all meals including lunch as well the Annual Reception and Dinner at the Museum of Flight.

MEETING ONLY—includes admission to all general sessions, all meals including breakfast and lunch.

DINNER ONLY—includes admission to the Museum of Flight for the reception and annual Banquet and exclusive use of the Museum..

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We now accept credit card payments - Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Checks are also accepted. Please make payable to Seattle Surgical Society and submit to the address provided above.
