CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Submit your abstract!
We invite members, residents and fellows to submit abstracts for presentation.
We encourage submission of abstracts and videos from across the spectrum of surgical care including:
— Surgical care and outcomes
— Clinical and basic science research in surgery
— Innovation in surgical procedures or care
— Health equity in surgical care
— Interesting or challenging case presentation
Abstracts and videos will be selected for 3-minute presentation, followed by invited discussion. Top presentations will be selected for cash awards.
Submission is will open in September.

The 2027 Annual Meeting of The Seattle Surgical Society will be held on February 12, 2027 at the Hyatt Olive 8 in Seattle.

From Sea-Tac Airport
Follow signs I-5 Northbound. Continue on I-5 North for 14 miles. Exit from the left lane at Seneca Street. Right on Sixth Avenue. Right on Pike Street. Left on Eighth Avenue. Continue forward through Pine Street. Hyatt at Olive 8’s entrance is the second driveway on the left.
From I-90 West Bound
Merge onto I-5 North via Exit #2c toward Madison Street/Convention Center/Vancouver, BC. Take Madison Street/Convention Center exit. Follow exit forward onto Seventh Avenue. Right on Madison Street. Left on Eighth Avenue. Continue forward through Pine Street. The entrance to our Seattle WA downtown hotel is the second driveway on the left.
From I-5 North Bound
