Exhibit levels
The Seattle Surgical Society invites you to join us at our 2024 Scientific Meeting the Hyatt Olive 8. There are several levels of support available. A 6-ft table top exhibit is included as part of the fee for each level.
PLATINUM LEVEL – $7,500
GOLD LEVEL – $5,000
SILVER LEVEL – $3,000
PLATINUM LEVEL – $7,500
- Maximum appreciation, an opportunity for substantial partnership with the Society
- Recognition at Podium through event signage, on final program, and on website
- Acknowledgement as Platinum Level Supporter of the entire Annual Banquet
- Invitation for 4 representatives to attend the Annual Banquet at the Museum of Flight
GOLD LEVEL – $5,000
- Maximum appreciation, an opportunity for substantial partnership with the Society
- Recognition at Podium through event signage, on final program, and on website
- Acknowledgement as Platinum Level Supporter of an entire program session: Lunch, Morning or Afternoon Session
- Invitation for 2 representatives to attend the Annual Banquet at the Museum of Flight
SILVER LEVEL – $3,000
- Recognition at Podium through event signage, on final program, and on website
- Acknowledgement as Gold Level Supporter on Morning or Afternoon Break
- Invitation for 1 representative to attend the Annual Banquet at the Museum of Flight

EXHIBIT HOURS
Friday, February 2-- 7:30 – 5:00 pm
Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to staff your table especially during breakfast and breaks. We will be providing an exhibitor passport for each of our attendees. They will be visiting each table to get a stamp on their passport for a chance to win an Apple Watch. This should generate traffic to your tables.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The final program will be available soon.
SET-UP: Exhibit set-up begins on Thursday evening after 5 pm and Friday morning after 6:00 am. Room location is in the BALLROOM FOYER . There may be electrical outlets on certain areas of the foyer. Please let us know if you need access to electrical outlet and power cords.
CHECK-IN: Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as namebadges.
GENERAL SESSIONS: Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except as noted on the program.
MEALS: We invite you to join us for lunch. Breakfast and breaks are included in your exhibit fee.
Note: If you are planning to attend our lunch, please let me know how many in your party are attending so I can adjust my meal counts.
